[Western] Regional Fighter Practice

Well about that same time<G> but probably someplace besides Bonwicke. I have
always felt it unfair to hold it here all the time. Mendersham has a nice
spot as does your home shire. I would like to start holding one a month or
so and move them around so that everyone would not have to travel so far all
the time.
