[Western] Summer Tourney

In addition to the fighting, I will have a lot of the
"pre-approved by Laurel" heraldry books out in the
park on Saturday. If you need name or device help (or
both), come on out and ask. :-) I can also take "full
service submissions. So, if we finish your name and
you want to submit it right then, I will be able to do
that.

The books that I will be bringing have info on the
