[Western] Sunday's Regional Practice

First of all I would like to apologize to all of those I told I would be at 
the Regional Fighter Practice this Sunday. I thought the practice was at our 
regular meeting time 2:30. I was wrong. I was informed of the correct time 
when I call someone to see where every one was.
Sorry I missed it, I really wanted to be there.
