[Western] Pre-reservation for Gulf War

Greetings to all on the Western Region mailing list.

It just me Agnarr making a quick announcement for this years Gulf War.

This year as in years past, the Western Region will be having a sectioned reserved for us in the Ansteorran encampment so we can be near all of our friends at the upcoming Gulf War
The deadline to Pre-Reserve is the end of this month - Jan 31st.  And that's only 15 days from now.

So if you still need to find the pre-reservation forms they can be found on-line at the Gulf wars website (www.gulfwars.org).  But remember that these forms need to be postmarked no later then Jan 31st, 2003.

Now for those that have already pre-reserved and those that are now pre-reserving please contact me at the following e-mail address: agnarr at quik.com or by my home phone number: (915) 393-5980.  I need get some information from you for the Land Reservation Database.  This information needed includes: Your name; legal & SCA, your local branch, group camping with, size of your Tent(s), and the expected date of your arrival and your contact info (e-mail and/or phone number).

Again only 15 days remain to pre-reserve for Gulf War.  So don't delay, Hurry and reserve your space in the Western Region encampment today!!!
