[Western] Update on Ld Stephen

Greetings!

An excited Ldy Marianna called me this afternoon with good news.
Steve's pneumonia is steadily improving, and tests have confirmed he did
*not* have a heart attack.  His heart is still enlarged, and they
believe it's caused by congestive heart failure, which can be regulated
by medication.

He's still in ICU, but his family feels the crisis is over.  They send
their heartfelt thanks for your prayers, and ask that you please
continue to remember Steve as he recovers and undergoes treatment.
