[Western] cresant wrench

I was planning on Teaching a class on Marshaling at Crescent Wrench and was
just waiting to be contacted as to how much time I would need. This non
Event was for the populace of our region to have a time to be authorized in
the area of their interest. And much like a Red Tape now know as Kings Round
Table a time to discuss where we are headed and voice problems and opions
for input by the populace of our region.

            I hope no one takes this wrong but until we have a game plan for
Crescent Wrench I say we put it off. That means we need to know what is
going to go on there. No one has stepped up to say they would run this thing
or said what they would be willing to do such things as classes or anything
I mean no disrespect but we need to offer something to bring people. This is
just my opinion.
