[Western] Letters of Intent for Deeds of Heroes

Greetings Ansteorra,

In a few short days, Bjornsborg will host a fabulous tournament, Deeds of  Heroes.  In order to be considered one of the Heroes, in order to receive wordfame, a medallion, a drinking stein and yes, still more loot, you must be sponsored by an artisan who offers a small token of his or her art to the Baron and Baroness.  You also MUST give the Baron and Baroness a letter of intent.  

Thus far, we have received two letters of intent.  Surely there are more than two eager, honorable men and women who wish to be judged Heroes.  We are accepting postal and email letters of intent.  Currently, the deadline for letters of intent is Wednesday, October 12.  Once the morning of the tournament has come, however, if anyone attempts to give a letter of intent, it should be knock-our-socks-off impressive.  Otherwise, he or she will be invited to fight during the tournament but will be barred from being named Heroes.  Email letters may be sent to cternus at texas.net .  For postal mail, look for our information at the event website or in the back of the Black Star.
