[Western] Regional Practice

I do not mind it moving around some to the different shires and such. You get some people that can not, or do not travel, that way. Gerrold is correct that it would help the groups to at least show a bigger turnout and maybe that way we could grow the region some, which is always nice.
Any way I will be in Mendersham on Saturday to visit with family and friends, and perhaps attend a karate tournament there also time permitting. I will not be fighting in it but will most likely have some students taking part.
If the gang from Mendersham wants to go to Lamesa, I will be there on Sunday otherwise, if you want to do some heavy stuff, see me at the Mendersham Sunday Practice site.

That was my original plan, but it met with enough resistance, that I tabled the idea. I do understand the concern, because it is a 6 hour drive from one end of the region to the other. Lamesa is the most central location. If the folks from Bonwicke would be willing to meet us in Mendersham, I’d be willing to change it. They’re the only ones who show on a regular basis. Was there anyone else who was planning to show?

Ya know, I had been kicking around an idea about rotating the regional fighter practice to the various shire's. It would give a chance to have a larger display in each groups home park, almost like a demo. Give those in the groups who have a hard time travelling a chance to interact and get some learning. Might be worth kicking around.
