[Western] A clarification on the Tourney

Yeah, that is one of my peeves, when someone says 9 am, I really believe they mean 9 am, not 9:15.

  I have not been in the SCA long enough to acquire a different sense of time.  The merchants will be on mundane time and I can't speak for others, but I will be downtown helping set up at 9 am and ready to go by 10 am when the mundanes will hopefully begin to show up.
