[Western] Mendersham Demo - 15 December

 We would like to invite you all to participate in a demo at Mendersham on 
the Saturday, the 15th of December.  We will be holding it in the parking 
lot of the Touch of Asia Noodle House on South 1st.  We would like fighters, 
artisians, dancers, drummers and general populace to attend and participate. 
We will begin at 11am and end about 5pm.
 Afterwards, we would like to sponsor a short meeting to discuss options 
about the region, and what kind of work it would entail.  Please be thinking 
about heraldry stuff, cool stuff to have for the region, admin pluses and 
minuses, rules, that sort of thing.We have arranged a meeting place and food 
for those interested at the restaurant.  Please let me know if you'd like to 
attend the meeting, and eat, so we can have a head count.
