[Western] A Vivat!

Well that would work out well for Lady Noreen and myself seeing as we're now living in the Outlands, but we still call Mendersham and the Western Region HOME.  We are both deeply saddened by this news and send our warm wishes to all those currently living in the Western Region whom this directly effects.
