[Ansteorra-announce] NEW service added

Greetings, Ansteorra.

I am pleased to announce a new service available for those who wish
to view the Order of Precedence.

The Precedence page, found at:
	http://www.ansteorra.org/regnum/herald/OP/
now contains a link to a set of "html" pages.  This will allow you to
view the OP on-line without downloading anything, and without
requiring that you install Adobe Acrobat (which is needed to view the
PDF version of the file).

Like the pdf and Palm Pilot versions of the OP, this will be updated monthly.
