[Ansteorra-announce] Black Star bulk rate

Greetings unto the good folk of Ansteorra:

Lord Stefan von Drachenfels, our Kingdom Chronicler, has asked me to inquire
whether any of you have received your October bulk rate Black Stars. He has not
received his, and is concerned that perhaps they have been delayed by the Post
Office for some reason.

If you HAVE received your October Black Star (other than First Class delivery),
please write to him at: chronicler at ansteorra.org.
