Special Note to Artisans: In addition to the treaty setting out the
catagories for Arts and Sciences Competition for this war, they also have
chosen the catagories to be competed at Estrella War 19, February 2003. This
allows artisans interesting in entering in those catagories to have an extra
year to prepare. See the war treaty for more details!
