[Ansteorra-announce] King's Round Table Exchequer Agenda!

Greetings,

The following is the agenda for the Regional Exchequers meeting from
8:30 am to 10:00 am at King's Round Table this Saturday. Anyone interested
in the duties of the Regional and Kingdom Exchequerate are encouraged to
attend.

I. Duties of the Regional Office
        1.Required Reporting
        2.Management duties
II. Audits/Review of Books
        1. Procedures
        2. Form
III. FAQ creation
        1. Review of some EOY reports
        2. Suggestions and answers


In the regular exchequer warranting class, from 10am to 12 noon, I
am hoping to have time to go into some of the trouble spots more thoroughly,
like NSF check procedures and reporting and gate procedures.

The Exchequerate needs more people at the local, regional, and
kingdom levels. Come learn what is involved...it's not as difficult as it
seems.
