This is for all folks in the Central region

Greetings to all of you,
I have volunteered to serve as the ride coordinator for this event. Right
now we have 2 vehicles (14 seats) and a 5 x 12 trailer with walls to hall
people and gear for a day trip to east Texas. We have the opportunity for
an additional 7seats in another van.

So far we have the following people going:

Fearghus
Llywellyn
Raimond
Seamus

That leaves 10 available seats at this time. So who wants to GO? I'd say
it's no more that a 2 hour trip.

So far the idea is to meet at the vehicles house. I'll assign each of you
to who ever is closest to where you live. Leaving at 0-dark-thirty in the
morning, a specific time to be named later. It might change as we fill the
vehicles, so right now I just need to know who wants to go.

They will have room in the trailer for chairs, armor, ice chests, and
possibly a small pavilion. I suggest making arrangements of sharing coolers
to cut down on the number of ice chests.

Ok may the games begin!!!!
