Sorry folks, looks like there will not be a sampling of cordials at my class
on Practical Cordial making. I'm sure we can fill the time given with info
on cordials anyway and 9AM was a bit early for strong drink in any case ;)

If you plan to come to either of my classes, please bring paper and pencil
as my handouts are more in the way of outlines than information.
