[Ansteorra-announce] Court Awards presented at Gulf Wars

Greetings all!
The following is a report of the awards presented at Gulf Wars in the
Ansteorran Courts.  These folks come from many places in the kingdom:

Friday night Ansteorran Court:
Aarion Kyrkwood Mountain-Gate of Amberglade - Award of Arms
(note: this award was presented posthumously and given to his parents, Simon
of Amber Isle and Tessa of the Gardens (in absentia), of Bordermarch, so
that Aarion's name may be recorded in the roll of arms for the upcoming
Bordermarch anniversary.)

Kathrine of Blacklake - Award of Arms
Randall der Krieger - Sable Falcon
Stella Silvana - Centurion
Sigrun inn Harfagri - Sable Thistle (cooking)
Guinevere Cordelia Maynard - Sable Crane
Octavia de Verdon - Order of the Arcus Majoris
Clarissa di Firenze - Star of Merit
Kaitlyn McKenna - Court Barony
Rhodri ap Gwythyr - Court Barony

Saturday night Grand Court:
A treaty was created between Ansteorra and the kingdom of the East,
to fight for each respective kingdom at Gulf Wars and at Pennsic.

Mari Elspeth nic Bryan - Order of the Pelican
(it was a surprize presentation.)

Additionally, there were two winners for Rapier Tourneys:

Gunthar Drakenburg  (I think they said he was from Atlantia)

Queen's Challenge Rapier Tourney -
