[Ansteorra-announce] Merchanting at Steppes 12th Night-

"Due to a few requests from a few vendors within the kingdom there will be 
merchanting space available at Steppes 12th Night and Baronial Investiture, 
being held on Saturday, January 3, 2004 at the Sokal Hall site in Ennis, Texas. 
Due to the logistics of the event the only space available will be located 
outside of the hall building. Merchants attending the event will be responsible for 
their own set up, including tables & chairs and any weather protective gear 
deemed necessary in the event of inclement weather. There will be no space 
available within the hall to relocate in the case of bad weather. All merchants 
will need to be able to certify sales tax registration within the state of Texas 
or of their residence upon request as per new Kingdom Senescahlate policy."
