Greetings to the Populace of Ansteorra,

Over the last several years, we have instituted a practice of not allowing
new authorizations the morning of the Queen's Champion list.

Their Majesties have reviewed this policy and in an effort to encourage any
and all who wish to compete, His Majesty has decided to personally authorize
those needing a first time authorizations himself.

Replacement cards will still be handled normally.  Find an authorizing
marshal and take care of it before you get inspected.
