[Ansteorra-announce] Youth Activities at Lughnasad Amendment

Thanks to an offer by Lord Caedmon, there will be loaner armor and weapons
available. Children will still need their own sports cup, long sleeves, and
gloves.

There will also be Marshals available for authorizations for both youth and
adults.
