Greetings all,
Just a note to all of you so that everyone can help with making sure that we
follow the site rules.

Have you preregistered yet?


. The University of Texas is a public institution. Infraction of the
established rules may result in curtailment of activities and/or expulsion
from site without refund of fees. The Event Steward has the ultimate
decision.

. All federal, state, and local laws apply on site.

. No fireworks or cannons.

. No firearms.

. Participants are required to make an attempt at pre-17th Century clothing.

. No merchants.

. The University of Texas at Arlington and the Event staff are not
responsible for items lost, left, or stolen.  Be aware that you are on a
college campus with high traffic. Keep your belongings secure, the event
staff is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

. The buildings at The University of Texas are smoke-free. Smoking is not
permitted at any time within the University Center or any other building. If

you need to smoke, please stand far enough
away from building entrances not to disturb others.

. Decorations must be hung before the event takes place, or be free
standing. The use of tape and tacks will deteriorate and/or damage wall
surfaces.

. The use of glitter and confetti is not allowed.

. Candles and flammable materials such as hay, excelsior, etc. are not
allowed.

. The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on
University property and in the
University buildings. Under no circumstances will alcoholic beverages be
"brown bagged" or otherwise
carried into or out of the University Center. With respect to the possession
and consumption of alcoholic
beverages, State Law will be strictly enforced at all times of all property
of The University of Texas at
Arlington.
