Parking this year at Estrella Mountain Park will be the same as last year. The large parking lots at the Rodeo Grounds will be General Parking (free with paid site fee) and Equestrian Parking. There will be no off road parking in the desert by the Rodeo Grounds.  All parking around the perimeter of the grass area itself will be purchased, handicap, merchant, Troll/Sign In, autocrat, or special uses parking only.  Perimeter/Paid Parking is $15.00 per space through Pre-Registration and is on first come, first serve basis. The deadline for purchasing Paid Parking through Pre-Reg will be December 15, 2004. If there are any spaces left, they will be sold on site for $20.00 each in the Troll area.  Towing fees are $50.00 per vehicle.

Small Dry RV Add


 There will be no vehicles with wheels allowed to camp on the grass at this year's Estrella War per the park service. We have Dry RV parking areas around the perimeter of the grass area of the park for those who wish to camp in Dry RVs, pop-up trailers and other wheeled campers. No passenger vehicles, towing vehicles (such as pick up trucks), tents, pavilions, portable garages, or shade structures are allowed in these areas. This is due per the park as they do not want holes in their parking lot, or in their sprinkler system in the off road areas.



Towing Fees and Facts

 This year the fee for getting your vehicle back if it is towed is $50.00.  If your vehicle gets towed at War, you will need to go Troll to pay the tow fee of $50.00 and get information on the location of your vehicle. The table will be staffed until noon on Monday.
 

Reasons your vehicle will be towed:

  a.. Your vehicle must be completely clear of all roadways. If it is not, your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee. 
  b.. You must have a parking pass on all vehicles (including trailers) or your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee. 
  c.. If you are parked in a no parking zone, in front of a fire hydrant or gas main your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee. 
  d.. If you are parked in a Handicap space and do not have an Estrella War Handicap Parking Pass visible, your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee.
  e.. If you are parked in a different area than is permitted on your parking pass, your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee.
  f.. If you park in one the spaces marked "Reserved for the Crown of." your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee. 
  g.. If you have been parked on the grass for more than 30 minutes, your vehicle will be towed and you will be charged the $50.00 fee.
