[Ansteorra-announce] Heraldry Class update

 I am sorry to announce that due to scheduling
conflicts and preperations for Gulf War, the Heraldry
and Scribal Arts class will be postponed till after
Gulf War when a more favorable time can be set-up. I
will be attempting to attend the CoH meeting that
weekend and encourage all to attend who are
interested.
