Greetings unto the esteemed members of the Society:

We have a new form available that may make life easier for parents. The Family Minor Waiver can be found on the SCA's website: http://www.sca.org/docs/waivers.html

This form allows parents with more than one child to complete a single waiver for all of their children, instead of having to complete a separate form for each child. Remember also that, as always, a new waiver must be completed for each event the minors attend, and at each fighter practice at which the minors take part in combat-related activities.

Please note that this form may be used for children in a single family/belonging to a single parent or legal guardian ONLY. It may NOT be used for a random assortment of children belonging to a random assortment of adults.

Please download, print, and copy the form as needed. This form is also available from your Kingdom Seneschal.
