[Ansteorra-announce] Coastal Region Seneschal

HL Katherine Brandon's warrant as Coastal Region Seneschal is up as of July Red Tape.  She has done a wonderful job.  Thank you for your service to the Region and to the Kingdom.

That being said, Coastal Region Seneschal's job is open for bid.  Please send or email all applications to HL Katherine (Coastal Seneschal), Duchess Julia (Incoming Kingdom Seneschal) and me (Outgoing Kingdom Seneschal).  All emails and addresses are in the Black Star.

Expect a decision by Coronation in July 06.
