The Board has received a large volume of commentary over the last several
weeks, particularly related to the mission statements and family
memberships.  A great number of people have commented on the matter of
eligibility requirements in order for dependents to fall under a family
membership.

We appreciate your input, and rest assured that we do consider each point
of view offered. We encourage you to continue providing us with your
thoughts to help us make the best decision possible by sending them to
