[Ansteorra Kingdom Rapier Marshal]

There is a new mailing list for all rapier marshals. It will be used for
the general business of the rapier marshalate. This will include
announcing changes in rules and policy, limited questions and discussion
on rules and policy, and feedback on proposed changes to rapier rules
and policy in Ansteorra.

This list will not include event or tournament announcements.

The volume of this list should be low to moderate with no activity most
days.
