[Ansteorra-announce] Waiver report updated

I know many people are at Gulf War, but I wanted to let everybody know that
I have updated the Waiver report today.  I know there may be people who will
send reports and waivers after Gulf War but I want to get the report updated
since it has been just over a month.

If anybody sees something that looks wrong please feel free to send me email
to ask me about it.
