[Ansteorra-announce] Rapier Preparations for WAR

A mere 25 days remain until Gulf War!  There is going to be a lot of fun to
be had on the rapier fields and you don't want to miss out.  Check your
authorizations and make sure they are up to date.  You still have a chance
to renew your authorizations and do your part for the great Ansteorran war
machine.

Ask your regional marshal if you need authorizations and/or check Ansteorra
Announce for practices where authorizing marshals will be available.  For
example: Northkeep will be hosting a melee practice Feb 21 at from 12pm to
6pm at the VFW Post 577, 1109 E 6th Street, Tulsa, OK  73102 and The Barony
of Bjornsborg has announced that there will be melees a-plenty at their Day
in Sherwood event on Feb 27th (see their website for details).
