[Ansteorra-announce] New Northern Regional Seneschal

[Kingdom Seneschal]

Good Morning,

  I want to thank Ainar for the years of service he has given as your
Northern Regional Seneschal. He will be stepping down at Round Table and his
replacement has finally been selected.

  I am pleased to announce that Etienne de St. Amaranth will be taking over
Ainar's duties. Please join me in welcoming him to this role and help him
with in this effort.
