Greetings Artisans of Ansteorra,

The time for Kingdom Arts and Sciences draws nigh and as such we will
need Letters of Intent from those who plan on competing. For those with
static displays please be aware that you will be allotted a 1/2 table
for display. If you plan on bringing alcohol please make that in your
Letter of Intent you state that you are so that I can make sure that
there are appropriate accommodations for you and your entry.

The Letter of Intent needs to have the following:

Given Name
SCA Name
Nature of your entry - static (genre), performance (genre)
And if your display requires any special needs such as floor space,
electricity or a wall.

If you have any questions about the competition itself please see http://moas.ansteorra.org/ and click the Kingdom
A&S Competition link on the left.

Kingdom Arts and Sciences will be held at the Texas Freshwater Fish
Hatcheries located at 5550 F.M. 2495 in Athens, TX on Feb. 13th.
