[Ansteorra-announce] Pre-registration for Winter Crown

Greetings to those who would vie to be the Heirs of Ansteorra,

As usual, the website at: http://seneschal.ansteorra.org/crown_tourney/ is
available to pre-fill out the paperwork required for entry.  Contact the
Kingdom Webminister if you need a reminder of your account information.
 Pre-registration is not a requirement, but it greatly speeds registration
and allows me to pre-verify that you meet the Law requirements for Crown.
 This is not the same as the letters of intent that Their Majesties are
requiring.
