[Ansteorra-announce] Next Kingdom Seneschal

Greetings,

Although it was announced in Court at Crown Tourney, it was somewhat
difficult to hear, so I will repeat Their Majesties' announcement:

Don Brian O'hUilliam will be the next Kingdom Seneschal of Ansteorra,
assuming that position at Coronation in October.

In addition, I have named Don Brian as my Emergency Replacement Deputy, so
Brian would step in immediately if I was unable to continue as Kingdom
Seneschal for any reason.
