[Ansteorra-announce] Pre-Registration; Letters of Intent-Queen's Champion; Crown Tournament; Kings Champion

[Queen of Ansteorra]

Our fellow Ansteorrans,

As you know we are having to deal with a restriction of 150 people in
attendance at in-person events. This 150 number includes all staff,
children, fighters, consorts, everyone that is at the event. In order to
meet this restriction we are having to make some very difficult decisions
on how to meet these requirements.

The first thing that we must ask is for EVERY fighter that will be fighting
ANY of the THREE Tournaments (Queen's Champion; Crown Tournament; King's
Champion) to send in their Letter of Intent as quickly as possible. We need
your letters so that we can make sure that those who wish to enter the
tournaments are able to do so. Fighters, and their consorts if applicable,
will take precedence for registration.

A simple email will suffice for your Letter of Intent, send it to
crown at ansteorra.org.Please be specific in your letter as to which of the 3
tournaments you are wanting to fight in. If you are fighting in the Crown
Tournament you will need to specify who your consort is and both of you
must meet all requirements outlined in Kingdom Law. The Kingdom Seneschal
will send out a link for the page where you will need to register as well.

For Queen's Champion, we must get the fighters registered first, if your
consort is wanting to attend, please state that in your email with Letter
of Intent, it will not be guaranteed that they will have a spot, but we
wish to have all fighters that wish to fight to be able to.

We know that this means that there will be some people who will not get to
attend who want to. To help alleviate this situation, we are arranging to
have every field simultaneously live streamed with links on the Event Page
and on the Kingdom of Ansteorra Page. We encourage those that do not need
to attend to consider watching on live stream.

work through this process.
