Being awarded a white belt or scarf does not make you immune to the 
fighter/marshall authorization process. In fact the current Rapier 
Marshall will be implementing a program in which all rapier marshalls 
will need to take a marshalling class in order to keep their 
marshalls status.

In the heavy community there has been instance of a Knight's 
authorization card being pulled (temporarily for six months) both by 
the Earl Marshall and voluntarily compliance for unsafe behavior on 
the field.

People's ability to judge what a fair blow is may be hampered from 
time to time because of stress, emotion or physical impairment.
Therefore cause them to be unsafe on the field.

As far as I know any marshall(in their respective field of knowledge) 
may pull the card of any fighter(in that field) who exhibits unsafe
behavior while fighting or marshalling. This decision must be 
reported to their superior marshall and may be appealed by 
talking to the marshal in question's superior (not just any white X).
