I have had the great joy of knowing and calling friend Viscountess
Gwenllian Rhiannon, Master-at-Arms and Mistress of the Pelican.  (The
"Viscountess", by the way, is in her own right.)  She is, to the best of my
knowledge, the only female MSCA.
