Sure, the threat is there... But, most every group holds at least one event a
year... If they hold none, then they might hold two the next year... As well,
think about how crowded the Calendar would become in everyone was _required_ to
hold their maximum number of events... Let's see... 13 baronies = 39 events,     
26 shires/cantons/colleges = 52 events. Then 10 "Kingdom" events... Total
minimum = 101 events per year. Let's take Yule, New Year's, and Thanksgiving
weekends off the Calendar = 49 weekends. That's a touch over 2 events per week
per year... Yep...could be crowded...*grin*
