Mostly true. Under our laws, the Court Barony carries precedence
higher than the Grant Orders but lower than the Peerage. I am not sure
_why_ it also carries a Grant, but I can make a guess. Corpora VII.B.1
states:

> B. OTHER AWARDS

> 1. Barons and Baronesses. The titles of Baron or Baroness, whether territorial or of > the court, shall carry at least an Award of Arms if the recipient is not already 
> armigerous.

This allows kingdoms, as has been stated, to give AoA-level precedence
to the CB. I would suspect that the Grant was added to make sure that
Ansteorran CB's going out of kingdom would not drop too drastically in
precedence. Any response, from those who were around when the decision
was made?
