This was too general a statement. I agree with the end result of you train
of though but i think it is important to note that not all martial artist
come to us in this manner. It is all attitude not training that affects
their transition to this game. I have my share of martial arts training
but you do not see me bulling my way onto the field or mouthing off about
it. It is mine, it is private, and I know that it does not fit in with the
techniques I see on the field. Well ok, the running away part does and I
do that very well. My training had more to do with avoidance of the
situation and fight only if you must. It was philosophy and meditation
that is stressed more than the physical. I apply it to this game. I do
calligraphy and metal work. :)
