I must disagree with your disagreement. *grin*

If a person is being praised for their hardwork too quickly, they are
likely to burnout trying to excel even further. I have unfortunately
witnessed this in individuals that were given award after award at each
local event. We need to give people breathers instead of putting them
into a spiral towards burnout.

Just my personal opinion.
