I must admit that within hours I myself have grown at times even within the
last week. There is often in the heat of the moment or circumstances
(either the one you are currently directly in or one that otherwise
surrounds you) that I say things that I did not mean or do not remember.

These are the times that I am most ashamed of and grow the most from because
they remind me to stop, think, then speak.

We all make mistakes. Let's hope that as many of us as possible learn from
these mistakes.
