Nope, that has happened to me, on more than one occasion.  One in
particulallar was a feast I was suspose to cook for Lord Timothy in return
for his heralding me at a tourny.  Unfortunately a last minute sistuation at
work prevented me from attending.  Another, a tranmission blew and I was not
able to make it to Gulf War.

Shoot more arrows.  You're bound to hit something.
