1. What do you see as the responsibilities of groups in regard to assisting
the Kingdom Level fulfill their responsibilities?

A) A local group of the SCA is no different than any other volunteer
organization and the same basic rules of life still hold true. You get out
of anything what you put into it. A local group is still only made up of
individuals playing a game. When you ask what the responsibilities are, one
can only assess what he or she wants out of the group to answer that
question. Then like minded individuals can pool their collective ideas and
spread their dream on a much larger scale.


2. What do you see as the responsibilities of the groups to their populace?

A) To provide an avenue for a fun and as safe an environment as possible
where people can come together and practice, create or otherwise just
mingle. The group can't really dictate a whole lot other than fulfill the
wishes of individuals who happen to be in charge. Everything else is and
should be decided by the members and players utilizing the basic rules for
play and for that we return to the society's responsibility.

3. What do you see as the populace's responsibility to the group?

A) To put into that group everything they'd like to see come out of it.
