Hmmm, just re-read and realized I didn't entirely answer the questions!

1.	It's appropriate to your your title in any email.  I would only  
list station or office if the email was on a subject that related to  
that station or office.

2.	It's appropriate to list a household affiliation when the email is  
on a subject that relates to the household in some way.  It's always  
appropriate to list a Championship - you are honoring the person  
whose Champion you are.
