Sounds like Kings College. This summer it was held outdoors at Camp Camwood in Hockley which allowed for classes in cooking, casting, fighting, etc. allowing for many of the Messier Arts to have a chance to reach a larger audience. Also held at the same time was Academy of the Bow where you could learn how to make combat arrows and bolts, bows and crossbows, etc. I have attended others where I took classes in Heraldry, Cooking, Languages, History, Garb, etc. in an indoor setting. In fact I received my warrant as Herald at just such an event.
