[Ansteorra] Group Status Changes

No-one really cares about the administrative fiction called the Western
Region...it was the high-handed disbanding of most of the groups *in* that
area; the usurpation of their funds, and the insistence that "FOR YOUR OWN
GOOD, if you want to play, you must now go X (or XXX) miles to this Barony
that you are now a part of, because we say so."

With everything else against them, taking away their identity and everything
they have worked for for years is One More Thing (in many cases, The Last
Straw.) There comes a time for everyone when they must say "enough!"

If the Crown (or the BOD) were to suddenly say that in spite of the decades
of dedication and development, and the thousands of people involved, "we
have decided that fencing is a Bad Idea, and now you can't do it...but here,
you can play with these nice pieces of foam...or you can play on the Armored
field"...would you just go "play the game, and enjoy life"?
