[Ansteorra] Something totally different - Banners

I recently attended an out of kingdom Crown tournament and I could not walk
5 ft without running into a banner. The list field had banners at every post
in the ground holding the ropes. Every pavilion had banners either hanging
from them or flying off the top posts that held them up.

Ansteorra, you can top this. :)
