Greetings,
First let me express my humblest gratitude for all of the responses to my query.  I am overwhelmed by you generosity and willingness to help.  
The reason my request is so broad right now is I am trying to get a general picture before I choose the focus.  I know it sounds like a hard way to go about it but call me knowledge hungry.  I am also (hopefully) going to be teaching an overview of fashion and textiles in Medieval Europe at Winter Kingdom.  Again the broad scope will help me out in that venture.  I will certainly start contacting OCU and UCO libraries to see if I can use some of their references.
