[Ansteorra] Combat Bolts

JP has it right. What has been discovered is that sometimes the shaft
does not fully seat. Either from an air pocket, too much glue that can
not escape or not being fully seated. Marking the depth on the shaft
helps but it is not always done. Those of us have inspected more than
our fair share of bolts and arrows not too mention our own. We do take
notes and review them as a group.
